Lymo – Driver Terms & Conditions
These Driver Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between One Lymo for Smart Apps (“Lymo”) and drivers using the Lymo platform. By registering as a driver, you agree to comply with these Terms.
Drivers operate as independent contractors and are not employees, agents, or representatives of Lymo. Lymo does not provide transportation services and does not own vehicles.
Drivers may be individuals or fleet/company representatives and must:
- Be legally eligible to provide driving services
- Hold a valid driving license
- Own or have legal access to a registered vehicle
- Provide a valid national ID and criminal record certificate
Lymo may collect and store identification documents, driving licenses, vehicle documents, and criminal record certificates for verification, safety, and compliance purposes.
Drivers must:
- Accept trips responsibly
- Treat riders respectfully
- Maintain vehicle safety and cleanliness
- Comply with applicable laws
Lymo collects trip payments from riders and deducts a platform commission before paying drivers. Payout schedules and methods are determined by Lymo.
Lymo uses real-time location tracking during and shortly after trips for operational efficiency, fraud prevention, and safety, including SOS and emergency response services.
Drivers are subject to rider ratings and reviews. Lymo may take corrective actions including suspension or termination based on performance, safety, or policy violations.
Lymo may suspend or terminate driver access immediately in cases of safety risk, legal violations, fraud, or repeated misconduct.
Lymo is not liable for acts, omissions, accidents, or disputes arising from trips. Drivers assume full responsibility for their services.

These Rider Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Lymo mobile application. By creating an account or requesting a ride, you agree to these Terms.
Lymo is a technology platform that connects riders with independent third-party drivers. Lymo does not provide transportation services and does not employ drivers.
Users must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate registration information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activities conducted through it.
Ride availability depends on driver supply. Cancellation fees may apply according to Lymo policies.
Trip fares are displayed before confirmation. Payments are collected in-app using approved payment methods. Refunds are subject to Lymo refund policies.
Riders and drivers may rate each other. Lymo may moderate or remove ratings that violate platform policies.
Users must behave respectfully and lawfully. Misconduct may result in suspension or termination.
Lymo provides safety tools such as live trip tracking and SOS features to enhance user security.
Lymo is not responsible for acts or omissions of drivers. Liability is limited to the value of the affected trip.
